Define and give an example of a  commercial   and a  public Service   radio broadcaster, explaining the key differences. A public service radio broadcaster has to be politically neutral and has to be somewhat educating to the listeners, public service radio stations also have no adverts compared to commercial stations which have adverts. Commercial radio has no need to be politically neutral.
